Your booking with Lantilly House is confirmed once payment is received.  In addition, we will confirm a booking for business clients on our receipt of a purchase order.   In this case, we will invoice you once we receive this purchase order.  Our invoice payment terms are 14 days.

Bookings may be cancelled or changed within 2 weeks of your check-in date without penalty (ie 100% refund, less any transaction processing and/or booking agency fees).  For bookings cancelled within 2 weeks and no less than 3 days of your booking, you will receive a 50% refund less transaction processing and/or booking agency fees.  No refund applies to cancellations less than 3 days from check-in, or for no-shows.

As the online booking system is in real time, it is possible for a room to sell out before your purchase process is completed.  Lantilly House takes no responsibility for rooms becoming not available during the course of the booking procedure.
