What are your prices?
You can stay at Lantilly House for $175 per night (one bedroom with Queen size bed). In addition, a second bedroom with Queen size bed & ensuite is available for an extra $100 per night.
What facilities do I have access to if I book one or two rooms?
The only difference if you book one room is that the second bedroom (and ensuite for this second bedroom) will be locked and unavailable for use. All other features of Lantilly House are available to you whether you book one room or two, including the Kitchen, Dining Room, Loft and Garden with outdoor entertaining area.
Where do I pick up the key?
The key will be available for pickup 24 hours a day from a location in Warragul, close to Lantilly House. We will provide you with more details after your booking is confirmed with us.
What happens if I decide to cancel my booking?
We accept cancellations prior to 1 month of your check-in date without penalty (ie 100% refund, less any transaction processing and/or booking agency fees). For bookings cancelled within 1 month and no less than 5 days of your booking, you will receive a 50% refund less transaction processing and/or booking agency fees. No refund applies to cancellations less than 5 days from check-in, or for no-shows.
How do I go about asking for a refund?

What should I do if something is accidentally broken?
Please contact us as soon as you are able. We will assess the situation and discuss an appropriate course of action with you. Please note that breakages outside of normal wear and tear are likely to be charged back to you.
Do you have any terms and conditions?
